Biography of Adamu Ochekpo Entonu

Adamu Ochekpo Entonu
Adamu Ochekpo Entonu born 1965 is a member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing the Apa/Agatu Federal
Constituency of Benue State on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

He concluded his secondary education in 1982 at Government Secondary School Otukpo, Benue State. He attended University of Jos, and graduated in the year 1990. He later studied at the University of Abuja and concluded in 2013.

Adamu Ochekpo Entonu worked as an Engineer at the Federal Capital Development Authority Abuja’s Engineering Department.

In the year 2011, Adamu was elected into the Federal House of Representatives to represent the Apa/Agatu Federal Constituency of Benue State on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He was re-elected in the year 2015 when his tenure expired. 

Entonu’s Legislative Interests include housing, works and agriculture. He targets to to attract infrastructural development to his constituency, and sponsor some bills to that effect.

Adamu Ochekpo Entonu holds the Best Infrastructural Provider Award 2013, given to him by the Nigeria Television Authority.
