Iriase Isumafe O. Pally
IRIASE ISUMAFE O. PALLY born on January 19, 1955 is a member of the Federal House of Representatives representing the
Owan West/East Federal Constituency of Edo State under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He had his secondary school at Anglican Grammar School, Otuo.  He attended University of Nigeria,  Nsukka, and graduated in 1982 with Second Class Upper. He then proceeded to University of Lagos where he obtained a Masters Degree in Accounting in the year 1988.

After his formal education, Iriase became the head of the internal audit of the then Bendel State University (Edo State University) from 1989-1992. He later became the Assistant Controller Omega Bank Plc (1995-1998) before becoming the chairman of Owan East Local Government Area. In the year 2008, he was appointed the secretary to Edo State Government, a position he held untill 2011.

In 1999, Iriase Isumafe O. Pally was elected into Edo State House of Assembly. In the year 2003, he was elected as the chairman of Owan East Local Government Area, a position he held until 2007.

In the year 2011, Iriase Isumafe O. Pally was elected into the Federal House of Representatives, where he represents the Owan West/East Federal Constituency of Edo State under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC). He was re-elected in the year 2015. His legislative interest border on making legislation that would improve the economy and entrench good governance in Nigeria.


Iriase is a fellow of the institute of chartered accountants (FCA).
