Hon. Malle Ibrahim Aminu was born in 1967. He is a member of the Federal House of Representatives representing  Jalingo/Yorro/Zing Federal Constituency of Taraba
State.

He attended GSS BALI in Gongola  State where he obtained his General Certificate(GCE) in 1986. He then ran a Diploma Programme at the College of Agriculture, Jalingo which he completed in 1989. He thereafter graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Maiduguri. In 2000, he got his masters from Federal University of Technology, Yola. In 2012 however, he went ahead to obtain his Doctorate in animal Production from the same institution in 2012.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
Prior to becoming a member of the house of Representative, he was Sole Administrator Jalingo Local Government Council. He was also the Chairman Jalingo Local Government Council. He was once the Commissioner for Transport & Aviation, Taraba State. He was also once the Special Adviser to the ex-Governor on Local Government Affairs. Malle Ibrahim also worked as a lecturer at the College of Agriculture,  Jalingo.

He has as his Legislative Interests; Motions, Bills, Oversight, Constituency Development. In line with this, he targets to improve rural development, employment and general empowerment.

It is worthy to note that he was given the National Institute of Animal Science award by Nias Legislative Media Award of Excellence.

In the 2015 elections, he contested for the Federal House of Representative to represent Jalingo/Yorro/Zing Federal Constituency of Taraba State. He won the seat under the platform of the All Progressive Congress.(APC)
