Ohiozojeh Peter Akpatason
OHIOZOJEH PETER AKPATASON was born on November 28,
1964 in Uneme Nekwah in Akoko Edo Local Government Area of Edo State. He is a member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing the Akoko-Edo Federal Constituency of Edo State, under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He had his earliest education at Ileafe Primary School in ukposha afe also in Akoko Edo. He attended the Akoko-Edo grammar School and sat for General Certificate Examination (GCE) in 1982. He studied education at the College of Education Warri. He then proceeded to the Delta State University, Abraka, where he graduated with Bachelors of Science Degree (B.Sc. , Hons.) in Business Administration. 

Ohiozojeh worked with Shell Petroleum Development Corporation Ltd., National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) and Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC). At a point, he became the National President of National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers.

In the year 2011, Ohiozojeh Peter Akpatason was elected into the Federal House of Representatives, to represent the Akoko-Edo Federal Constituency of Edo Stata, under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC). He was later re-elected in the year 2015.


Akpatason is a member of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Jos.
