Hon. Zaphaniah Bitrus Jisalo was born in 1970. He is a member of the Federal House of Representatives representing  AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency.


He attended Garki Primary School, Abuja in 1982. He then proceeded to Government Technical College  where he obtained his WAEC in 1991. In 1999, he obtained a Diploma certificate from the Univeristy of Jos. In 2009, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in education.

He has as his Legislative Interests; Eduaction, Transport,  FCT Area Council and Custom Duties. And he targets to achieve effective legislative work during his tenure.

It is worthy to note that he has received the national award of member of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.(MFN) in 2012.

Prior to his becoming a member of  the House of representative, he was Chairman of Gwagwalada. he later became the Councillor of Dobi Ward. He was also once a Chairman of AMAC from 2004 to 2009.


He was first elected into the House of Representative in the 2011 elections  and in 
2015 he again contested and was re-elected as a member representing AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).
