Mayowa Samuel Akinfolarin

Hon. Mayowa Samuel Akinfolarin was born in 1963. He is an indigene of Ondo State. He is a member of the Federal House of Representative representing Ileoluji-
Okeibo/Odigbo Federal Constituency.

He attended Isero Grammar School where he obtained his West Africa School Certificate in 1981. He then proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he obtained a degree in Sociology in 1990.

Prior to becoming a member of the House of Representative, he was a member of the Ondo State House of Assembly from 2003 to 2011. He also served as the deputy speaker then.

In the 2015 elections, he contested for the Federal House of representative under the Platform of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) and Won to represent Ileoluji-Okeibo/Odigbo Federal Constituency.

He has as his Legislative Interests a desire to stimulate development of his constituency. In line with this he targets development for his people.

It is worthy to note that he has received the Award of excellence by NUJ Ondo, Grassroot man of the year award, and Award of performance by NANS.
