Biography of Adamu Fagengano Muhammadu
Adamu Fagengano Muhammadu is a member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing the Babura/Garki Federal Constituency of Jigawa State under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC).

He attended Staff Development Center and obtained certificate in social services.  He obtained diploma in social administration from Kaduna Polytechnic in 1976. He went further in studies to obtain Advance Diploma in 1995 from Bayero University Kano. In 2001, he obtained his Masters Degree in Development Studies from Bayero University Kano.

Adamu Fagengano Muhammadu worked as a social welfare officer in the former Kano native authority. He was the head of social development cooperative, trade and industry, Dutse Local Government; Principal Assistant Secretary, Ministry for local government Kano state; Principal assistant secretary federal ministry of trade.


Adamu Fagengano Muhammadu was later elected into the Federal House of Representatives, where he represents the Babura/Garki Federal Constituency of Jigawa State under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC). His legislative interest is to pass laws that will bring about change in terms of human, economic and educational development as well as security and welfare of Nigerians. He targets to see focused and robust committees in the eight National Assembly in making laws that will redeem the common man and woman from poverty, insecurity as well as enhance peaceful co-existence among Nigerian.
