Biography of Ahmed Abu
Hon Ahmed Abu was born in 1978. He is an indigene of Niger State. He is a member of the Federal House of Representative
representing Lavun/Mokwa/Edati Federal Constituency.

He had his Secondary Education at Federal Government College where he obtained his West Africa School Certificate in 1994. He then proceeded to Edinburg University, Scotland where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts in 2000. He went further to obtain a Graduate Diploma in 2005 from Thames Valley University. And also a Post Graduate Certificate from University of Westminster Law School in 2007.

Prior to becoming a member of the House of Representatives, he worked at SSWIWS Oil Limited, SSIUS Global Infrastructure Investment Limited, DENU Integrated Farms Limited.

In the 2015 elections, he contested for the Federal House of representative under the Platform of the All Progressive Congress(APC) and Won to represent Lavun/Mokwa/Edati Federal Constituency.

It is worthy to note that he has as his Legislative Interests Communication, Customs, Law, Agriculture, Education, Tax, Rules & Practice, International Relations and Media. In line with these, he Targets to achieve Reforms.
