Biography of Shehu Rijau Saleh
Hon Shehu Rijau Saleh was born in 1970. He is an indigene of Niger State. He is a member of the Federal House of
Representative representing Magama/Rijau Federal Constituency.

He obtained a Grade 2 Certificate from CAIL Minna in 1986. He later got a Higher National Diploma(HND) Certificate in Extension and Management from C.A,ZURU in 2000.

Prior to becoming a member of the House of Representatives, he was an Agric Supt. Officer from-1992-2002, Principal Executive Officer (PEO), Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) at establishment and Training Federal Capital Territory Abuja from 2009-2013. He was later made the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of Agric and Rural Development Secretarial, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja in 2014.

In the 2015 elections, he  contested for the Federal House of representative under the Platform of the All Progressive Congress(APC) and Won to represent Magama/Rijau Federal Constituency.


It is worthy to note that he has an Award of Merit in 2012 by the National Association of Rijau Local Government University Students  and an Award of Excellence in 2013 By the 0ld Boys Association of Central Primary School Rijau.
