Biography of Bello Abdullahi
Bello Abdullahi (born 1964) is a member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing the Okene/Ogori-Magogo Federal Constituency of Kogi State, under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC).

He attended Government Secondary School Dambatta, kano where he obtained West African School Certificate (WASC) in 1982. He studied Sociology at University of Ilorin and obtained his first degree certificate B.Sc., in 1997.

Bello Abdullahi became a member of Kogi State House of Assembly in the year 2009, and served until 2011. At the state house, he served as chairman/vice chairman of many house committees between 2009 and 2011. He was elected as the speaker of the house in 2011. He became the Acting Governor of Kogi State on January 2012.


Bello Abdullahi’s legislative interests cover house services, environment, Federal Capital Territory Police and security, oil sector.
