In a report by Channels, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, is back in Londonfor medical follow-up with his doctors.
According to reports, he departed Abuja on Sunday night after a brief meeting with the released 82 Chibok girls.
However, no mention has been made of when he would be returning even as a statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, noted that the duration of the President’s stay in London, will be determined by his doctors.
It is important to note that the President had met with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President Bukola Saraki, Speaker Yakubu Dogara and Zamfara State Governor, Abubakar Yari, before embarking on the trip.
He also sent letters about his trip to the Senate and the House of Representatives.
Buhari is said to have expressed confidence that government would continue to run smoothly, as he had left it in able hands.
